Coleslaw Recipe by Stomachcare

Ingredients

1 green cabbage

Mixed veg..  Chopped carrot, green pea, green beans, sweet corn

Medium bottle of mayonnaise (depends on quantity)

Boiled eggs ( remove the yoke)

Method

Shred the green cabbage or chopped in pieces, rinse it thoroughly to remove sand particles. Rinse d mixed chopped vegetables. Sliced the boiled egg leaving out the yoke. Put the green chopped or sliced cabbage, the mixed vegetables and sliced boiled egg in a bowl, add the mayonnaise in and stir until it looks milky. Put in the fridge and serve chilled.
